Buckwheat Chocolate Chunk : this chewy cookie has pleasant earthy, smokey flavours and a little crunch courtesy of buckwheat flour, cacao nibs, kasha & Chocosol Traders 65% vanilla sea salt chocolate chunks.

Cornmeal Apricot : a sweet little twist on your classic sugar cookie. Buttery and tender with local corn flour, dried apricots and the subtle warmth of turmeric. A wee bit of sunshine in every bite!

Double Chocolate Rye Olive Oil : soft & fudgie, this rich cookie boasts earthy notes of olive oil & rye flour with delectable bundles of bittersweet chocolately goodness. Finished with a nice sprinkle of sea salt flakes.

Hazelnut Milk Chocolate : this chewy sourdough cookie has lots of flavour & texture. We’ve added toasted whole wheat flour and toasted Harber Farm hazelnuts to add some deep toffee notes to every bite, complimented by creamy Soul 50% milk chocolate pieces .

Oatmeal Barley Trail Mix : a hearty, chewy cookie brimming with old fashioned oats, oat bran and barley flour with a mix of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, plump dried cranberries and 75 % chocolate bits.
