  • How do I place an order?

    Our menu is thoughtfully curated each month inspired by the seasons, the best of our regional offerings and the desire to play with flavours.

    Orders may be placed on line through our shop until Wednesday afternoon for Friday and Saturday delivery that same week .

    Don’t see one of our bakery favourites on the menu? Feel free to send us an email and we’ll see what we can do to satisfy that craving.

  • What about delivery?

    Deliveries are made on Fridays and Saturdays between 11:00 and 3:00. We will let you know by text or phone when your order has arrived. If you will not be home during the delivery time window, please consider leaving out a container to protect your order from natures elements. At this time we are unable to replace or refund orders that have been damaged by weather or enjoyed by wildlife.

    Free delivery is offered on orders of $30 or more, otherwise a $5 fee will be added to your order to help cover delivery costs.

  • Where else can I find your baking?

    We would love to see folks out at some of the amazing seasonal markets in and around the city. Find a list of where you can find us popping up on our Markets page. We appreciate your support!

  • My plans have changed, can I cancel my order?

    Due to planning, ordering, scheduling and prep time, we can accept order cancellations with a full refund up to 48 hours before your selected order date. For cancellations less than 48 hours before your selected order date, you may reschedule or a refund may be considered based on the items in your order.

  • Do you have a retail location?

    Soon! We are currently baking from a rented incubator kitchen space and offering our baked goods for on line ordering and delivery only. We also enjoy participating in seasonal markets and pop ups, so you can be sure to find our baking around the city. However, we have embarked on the adventure of finding the right brick and mortar location to call home for our little bakery.

  • How should I store my treats?

    Our sweets and treats are baked to order and do not contain preservatives to extend shelf life.

    Please be mindful and store your purchase appropriately for maximum enjoyment. Most cookies, bars and cakes will last several days sealed in an air tight container. Most of our baked goods take well to being frozen to satisfy that late night craving or to savour at a later date.

  • What about allergies?

    Our menu consists of items containing gluten, eggs, dairy, chocolate and nuts. We cannot make any guarantees when it comes to severe allergies due to potential cross contamination in the production kitchen. If you are uncertain about an ingredient please leave your concern in the comment section of your order or feel free to contact us directly by email.

  • What about custom cakes?

    We currently do not accept orders for custom cakes. We have designed our cake menu with complimentary flavours, seasonality, availability and our favourite decorative style that fits within our capacity at this time. Feel free to contact us with inquiries for larger orders or additional sizes.

    When serving our cakes, for the best flavour experience, store your cake in the fridge and bring to room temperature 1-2 hours before you plan on serving, using your best judgment based on the temperatures of the season.

  • Can I recycle your packaging?

    Please take a moment to support our conscious efforts in sourcing eco-friendly packaging by reusing, recycling and composting packaging where possible.

    Cardboard boxes and paper bags that are free of food may be recycled. Grease stained parts of boxes and bags may be composted.

    Our stickers are made of an uncoated recycled paper face stock. When left on cardboard and paper, these stickers are recyclable.
